These Terms of Use explain the rules for using our website, content, products, programs, coaching services, digital downloads, tools, quiz, podcast-related materials, email content, text messaging, social media content, communities, and any other services or resources we provide.
These Terms are legally binding. Please read them carefully before using our website, purchasing a product, joining coaching, downloading a resource, taking our quiz, subscribing to our emails or texts, joining a call, accessing a course or client portal, or using any Budget Besties content.
This website and our products and services are owned and operated by My Ideal Balance LLC d/b/a Budget Besties®, a Florida limited liability company. In these Terms, “Budget Besties,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to My Ideal Balance LLC d/b/a Budget Besties®. “You” and “your” refer to any website visitor, customer, client, purchaser, subscriber, student, coaching participant, quiz taker, community participant, or other user of our website, content, products, or services.

By accessing or using our website, purchasing any product or service, joining a coaching program, downloading a free or paid resource, creating an account, submitting a form, taking a quiz, subscribing to emails or text messages, participating in a call, joining a community, or otherwise interacting with Budget Besties, you agree to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, our Financial Coaching Disclaimer, and any additional terms presented to you at checkout, in a client agreement, or in connection with a specific product or service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our website, products, services, content, or resources.
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date above. Changes are effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of our website, products, services, content, or resources after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
Our website, products, and services are intended for adults who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using our website or purchasing from us, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Our website and services are not intended for children. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
Budget Besties provides educational content, financial coaching, budgeting education, digital products, courses, workbooks, templates, tools, podcast content, email content, social media content, workshops, events, and coaching services designed to help people simplify, separate, and automate their money.

Specific purchases may have additional terms, payment terms, refund terms, or client agreements. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed client agreement, the signed client agreement controls for that specific service.
Budget Besties provides financial coaching, budgeting education, organization, accountability, and general money-management support. We help clients and customers create budget systems, understand money habits, organize bills, create savings buckets, plan debt payoff, prepare paycheck plans, and make financial routines feel lighter, simpler, and more doable.
Budget Besties does not provide legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, lending, mortgage, credit repair, debt settlement, bankruptcy, therapy, mental health, marriage counseling, or other regulated professional services.
Our content and coaching are educational and informational only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
Nothing on our website, in our products, in our coaching, in our quiz results, in our emails, in our texts, on our podcast, on social media, in our tools, or in any Budget Besties communication should be understood as professional advice specific to your situation.
Before making major financial, legal, tax, investment, debt, credit, insurance, housing, business, or family decisions, you should consult the appropriate licensed professional.
Budget Besties does not provide investment advice, securities advice, asset allocation advice, brokerage services, or recommendations to buy, sell, hold, trade, or invest in any specific security, investment product, account, fund, portfolio, or investment strategy.
Any discussion of retirement, investing, compound growth, account types, employer benefits, or long-term financial goals is for general education only. You are responsible for consulting a properly licensed investment professional before making investment decisions.

Budget Besties does not provide credit repair services. We do not promise to improve your credit score, remove accurate negative information from a credit report, dispute credit report information on your behalf, communicate with credit bureaus on your behalf, or provide services requiring compliance with credit repair laws.
Any discussion of credit cards, credit scores, credit reports, credit habits, or debt payoff is educational only.
Budget Besties does not provide debt relief, debt settlement, debt negotiation, debt management, or creditor negotiation services. We do not negotiate with creditors or debt collectors on your behalf, settle debts for less than the amount owed, administer payments to creditors, or promise to lower your balances, interest rates, minimum payments, fees, or collection activity.
We may provide education and coaching around budgeting, organizing debt information, choosing a debt payoff method, and building a personal payoff plan. You remain responsible for all decisions and communications with creditors, lenders, collectors, and other third parties.
Budget Besties is not a therapy, mental health, marriage counseling, domestic violence, addiction, or crisis support provider. Money can feel emotional, and our coaching may include discussion of habits, stress, communication, and life goals. However, our services are not a substitute for therapy, counseling, medical care, or emergency support.
If you are experiencing a mental health emergency, domestic violence, abuse, self-harm thoughts, or any immediate danger, contact emergency services or a qualified crisis resource immediately.
You are responsible for your own choices, actions, inaction, spending, saving, giving, debt payoff, banking, account setup, bill payment, tax filings, credit card use, financial communication, relationship decisions, business decisions, and any other financial or life decisions you make.
You agree that Budget Besties is not responsible for any financial, legal, tax, emotional, relational, credit, business, or other outcome that results from your use of our website, content, products, coaching, tools, quiz results, or recommendations.
We are here to give you tools, education, support, and practical action steps. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific result.

Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your income, expenses, behavior, life circumstances, financial obligations, health, family needs, market conditions, job situation, access to resources, and follow-through.
We may share testimonials, reviews, screenshots, success stories, case studies, podcast stories, client wins, or examples from clients and customers. These examples are for informational and marketing purposes only. They represent individual experiences and are not guarantees of what you will experience.
Testimonials may be edited for length, clarity, grammar, privacy, or formatting, but we will not intentionally change the meaning. We do not knowingly use fake reviews or testimonials. If a testimonial includes a financial result, you should understand that results vary and are not typical or guaranteed.
If you submit a review, testimonial, screenshot, comment, message, or client win to us, you represent that it is truthful, reflects your honest experience, and does not violate anyone else’s rights.
Our workbooks, tools, calculators, templates, dashboards, debt payoff views, savings bucket tools, paycheck planning tools, retirement education tools, budget examples, and projections are for educational and organizational purposes only.
Outputs may be estimates. They may contain mistakes or rely on assumptions, incomplete information, user error, outdated information, or third-party limitations. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and deciding whether any calculation, projection, example, or output makes sense for your situation before relying on it.
Budget Besties is not responsible for errors, omissions, or decisions made based on these tools.
If you create an account or receive access to a course, portal, client folder, product library, or digital resource, your login is for you only. You may not share your username, password, access link, purchase link, files, videos, recordings, templates, downloads, or any other protected content with anyone else unless we give written permission.
You are responsible for keeping your login information secure. You agree to notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you have shared access, violated these Terms, failed to pay, misused our content, or harmed Budget Besties, our clients, our community, or third parties.
All Budget Besties content is owned by My Ideal Balance LLC d/b/a Budget Besties® or used with permission. This includes, but is not limited to:
You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the content you purchased or opted into for your own personal, household, or internal business use, depending on the nature of the product.
You do not receive ownership of any Budget Besties content.

You grant Budget Besties a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, display, publish, edit, and distribute User Content for business, educational, marketing, testimonial, customer support, training, and service-delivery purposes, unless you and Budget Besties agree otherwise in writing.
We may remove or refuse to publish User Content at our discretion.
If we offer comments, community spaces, group coaching, chats, social media groups, or other interactive spaces, you agree to participate respectfully. You may not harass, abuse, threaten, spam, solicit, scrape, impersonate, mislead, share confidential information, post illegal content, or violate the privacy or rights of others.
We may remove content, restrict access, or terminate participation at any time if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or harms the community.
Some coaching calls, group calls, trainings, workshops, webinars, or meetings may be recorded, transcribed, summarized, or stored for replay access, documentation, client support, quality assurance, team training, internal review, or business operations.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify participants when a call is recorded. By joining a recorded call, you consent to the recording, transcription, storage, and use of the call as described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Do not share private, highly sensitive, or third-party information during a group call or public setting. You are responsible for what you choose to share.
By purchasing a product or service, you agree to pay all fees shown at checkout, in your invoice, or in your client agreement. You authorize us and our third-party payment processors to charge your selected payment method for the amounts due.
Prices, offers, bonuses, and availability may change at any time. We are not required to honor expired offers, past prices, or pricing errors.
You agree to provide accurate billing information and keep your payment method current.
If you choose a payment plan, you are responsible for all payments in the plan. A payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price over time. It is not a month-to-month subscription unless we clearly state otherwise in writing.
Stopping participation, failing to access materials, missing calls, not completing work, or deciding you no longer want the product or service does not cancel your remaining payment obligations.
If a payment fails, we may retry the payment, contact you for updated payment information, pause access, remove bonuses, suspend coaching, suspend portal access, or terminate access until your account is current.
If your account remains unpaid, we may refer the balance to collections or pursue legal remedies to the fullest extent permitted by law. You agree to pay reasonable collection costs, attorney fees, chargeback fees, and other costs related to collecting unpaid amounts where allowed by law.
Unless a specific checkout page or signed agreement says otherwise, all purchases are final and non refundable.
Digital products, downloads, templates, workbooks, courses, recordings, tools, and access-based products are final sale because access is provided immediately or shortly after purchase.
Coaching services are non-refundable because they reserve time, capacity, preparation, support, and access. We do not offer refunds for completed coaching sessions, missed sessions, unused access, unused resources, changed circumstances, or lack of participation.
We do not guarantee results, and not achieving a desired result is not grounds for a refund. If you have trouble accessing your purchase, email hello@budgetbesties.com so we can help.
Coaching cancellation, missed-call, and rescheduling terms may be listed in your client agreement or checkout terms. If your client agreement provides different terms, that agreement controls.
Unless otherwise stated, missed calls, late cancellations, and unused sessions may be forfeited. We are not responsible for your scheduling conflicts, missed reminders, technology issues on your end, or failure to attend.
This section applies only if you purchase a subscription, membership, automatically renewing service, or trial that converts to a paid offer.
Before charging you for an automatic renewal or recurring payment, we will provide the material terms, including the amount, billing frequency, renewal terms, and cancellation method. By purchasing a subscription, membership, or auto-renewing service, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel according to the cancellation instructions provided.
To avoid future charges, you must cancel before the renewal date. Cancellation stops future charges but does not create a refund for amounts already paid unless required by law or expressly stated in writing.
If you accepted the recurring purchase online, we will provide a way to cancel online or by the same general method, as required by applicable law.
If we offer a free or discounted trial, the checkout page or offer terms will state when the trial ends and what you will be charged if you do not cancel before the trial ends.
If you believe there is a billing error, contact us first at hello@budgetbesties.com so we can review and help resolve the issue.
You agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for a valid charge, delivered digital product, completed service, active payment plan, or purchase governed by these Terms. Initiating an improper chargeback may result in immediate termination of access, collection action, and responsibility for related fees and costs where allowed by law.
This section does not limit any legal rights you may have for unauthorized charges or billing errors.
We use third-party tools and platforms to operate our business. These may include payment processors, website hosts, email platforms, customer relationship tools, course platforms, quiz tools, scheduling tools, video conferencing tools, file storage tools, call recording or transcription tools, analytics providers, ad platforms, podcast platforms, social media platforms, SMS providers, AI tools, contractors, accountants, attorneys, and other service providers.
We may also link to third-party websites, products, services, apps, accounts, platforms, or resources. We do not control third parties and are not responsible for their content, policies, security, availability, accuracy, products, services, decisions, charges, or actions.
Your use of third-party platforms is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
Some links, recommendations, resources, tools, books, software, platforms, or services we mention may be affiliate links, referral links, sponsored links, or relationships where we may receive compensation, credit, or another benefit if you click, purchase, sign up, or take action.
We aim to recommend resources we believe may be useful, but you are responsible for evaluating whether any third-party product or service is right for you. Affiliate or referral compensation does not increase your price unless specifically stated.
By subscribing to our email list, downloading a resource, taking a quiz, making a purchase, or otherwise providing your email address, you may receive transactional emails, service emails, newsletters, promotions, updates, and other communications from us.
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in the email or contacting hello@budgetbesties.com. We may still send transactional or service-related emails related to your purchases, account, coaching, legal notices, or customer support.
If you provide your phone number, you consent to receive calls, texts, or similar messages from Budget Besties related to your inquiry, quiz, purchase, coaching, customer support, account, reminders, updates, or marketing, where allowed by law and based on the consent you provided.
Marketing text consent is not required to purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. Reply STOP to opt out of marketing text messages. Reply HELP for help, or contact hello@budgetbesties.com.
We do not sell text messaging opt-in data or consent. We may share information with service providers who help us send messages, but only as needed to provide messaging services to us.
We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected text messages, carrier issues, device issues, or your use of or reliance on text message content.
We may use artificial intelligence tools, automation tools, transcription tools, summarization tools, analytics tools, and similar technology to operate our business, support clients, organize information, improve content, summarize calls, draft internal materials, analyze quiz or form responses, or provide customer support.
AI-generated or automated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it.
Do not submit highly sensitive information to us or into any tool unless we specifically request it through a secure process.

We disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, reliability, security, availability, and error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Budget Besties, My Ideal Balance LLC, and our owners, members, managers, officers, contractors, employees, agents, affiliates, successors, and assigns will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or other damages, including lost profits, lost income, lost savings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, financial losses, emotional distress, relationship conflict, credit harm, missed opportunities, or any other loss arising from or related to your use of or inability to use our website, products, services, content, coaching, tools, communications, or third-party platforms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to Budget Besties for the product or service giving rise to the claim in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, or $100, whichever is less.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some limitations may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Budget Besties agree that any dispute will be brought only on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, private attorney general action, or representative action.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Financial Coaching Disclaimer, checkout terms, client agreements, and any additional terms we provide for a specific offer, form the entire agreement between you and Budget Besties regarding your use of our website, products, services, content, and resources.
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, if possible.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.
